Solution 2 -  BR Bleachers added Sloped End Panels to Close in Gap Under Existing Rail System - School Saved Money versus Buying New End Rails

Solution 3 -  BR Bleachers added Chain Link Fence to existing 2-Line Rails System

Summary

School saved money by closing gaps on their existing bleacher system and limited their liability of someone falling through a gap larger than 4".
